Copper drinking bottles (tamba) have been made and used in India for over 500 years. According to Ayurveda, drinking water from a copper bottle helps balance the three energies circulating through the human body, the doshas (Vata—the air element, Kapha—the water element, and Pitta—the fire element). These bottles are for water only. Not for milk, citrus and acidic liquids.
Through the copper, negative eons are converted into positive eons.
