For online consumer purchases from Reltra.com, you may withdraw without giving a reason up to 14 days after the day you receive your order. If an order arrives in separate parts, the period runs from receipt of the last part.

Notify us within this period at info@reltra.com, or by another clear statement. Please include your name and order number. You then have 14 days to send the goods back.

You pay the direct return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return. Pack the goods securely and keep your proof of postage. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary may result in a deduction for diminished value.

Refunds and exceptions

We refund within 14 days after your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the goods are received or you provide evidence of return, whichever happens first. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. When you withdraw from the whole order, the original standard delivery charge is refunded too.

Sale items have the same withdrawal rights as regular-priced items. Statutory exceptions may apply, including to personalised or quickly perishable goods and certain unsealed goods. Your rights for faulty or incorrect goods remain unaffected.
