NOT GOOD? MONEY BACK!

A cooling-off period of  14 days applies to all orders placed with RELTRA . During this period you may view the products and assess whether the products meet your expectations.

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it to us within this period.

As soon as we have received the products, we will refund the full purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after registration of the return shipment. The costs for returning the product will  not be  reimbursed by us.

The conditions for this 14-day “Not good? Money back guarantee” are as follows:

  • The product must be returned complete and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging;

  • The invoice or other information showing who the return shipment comes from must be included so that we can process the return shipment;

  • This guarantee does not apply to custom products or companies;

  • Before a product is returned, it is nice if this is reported to us in advance (see below);

  • Return shipments must be sufficiently stamped and not cash on delivery, otherwise they will be refused.

Note:  You are responsible for the return. If the return shipment is lost or if the product breaks during transport, we cannot do anything about this. We therefore recommend that you return the product in the same packaging as you received it from us and, in the case of a package, to keep your tracking code.

If you want to make use of our 14-day “Not good? Money back!” guarantee, it is nice if you contact us in advance. We would like to hear from you:

  • Which product is involved;

  • What the order or invoice number is;

  • Whether you want to exchange the product or whether you want the money back;

  • If you want your money back: what your account number is;

  • When you return the product and with which carrier.

Although you do not have to give a reason for returning, we would like to hear what is wrong. It is important to us that our customers are satisfied!

For returns, you may use the European model withdrawal form, which you have received in appendix 1 of our  General Terms and Conditions , but this is not mandatory.
