Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, we guarantee that you will receive the exact product shown in the photo. We ensure that our listings accurately represent the items we sell, and our commitment is to provide you with the same product as depicted in the images. If you have any concerns or encounter any discrepancies, please contact our customer support team, and we will address the issue promptly. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to "My Dashboard."
  3. Navigate to the "Orders" section, where you can find all the details of your orders.

Additionally, we also send an email invoice after you place an order. Check your email inbox for the invoice, and it will contain all the necessary information regarding your purchase. 

How can I return an item?

This is possible under certain conditions, for example if you want to make use of our 14-day "Not good? Money back!" guarantee. It is a good idea to always inform us in advance if you are going to return something. If you do not do this, we may not know which customer/order the package belongs to, which means we cannot process the return properly. You must also ensure that the packages have sufficient postage. We will always refuse packages that do not have sufficient postage or cash on delivery. Finally, you are responsible for returning it yourself. If the package is lost or broken during transport, we cannot do anything about it. We therefore recommend that you return the product in the same packaging as you received it from us and that you keep your tracking code safe. For returns, you may use the European model withdrawal form, which you received in appendix 1 of our General Terms and Conditions, but this is not mandatory.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we regularly restock items that are currently marked as "out of stock." Our goal is to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers, and we work diligently to replenish inventory based on demand. Keep an eye on our website for updates, or you can subscribe to notifications for specific products to be alerted when they become available again
